Free Summer Meals For Kids

Starting Tuesday, June 7th, the FRFB will be serving meals at no charge to children ages 1-18 at 7 sites throughout our community this summer. Children do not need to register or fill out any applications to participate in our summer meals program.

• Caroline Family YMCA every Wednesday & Friday from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM 17422 Library Blvd, Ruther Glen, VA 22546 Starts: Wednesday, June 8th | Ends: Friday, August 5th

• Lotus Academy (formerly Lady Smith Community Center) every Tuesday & Thursday from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM 7278 Ladysmith Rd, Ruther Glen, VA 22546 Starts: Tuesday, June 7th | Ends: Thursday, August 4th

• Oxford Mt. Zion Baptist Church every Tuesday & Thursday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM 25215 Zion Rd, Ruther Glen, VA 22546 Starts: Tuesday, June 7th | Ends: Thursday, August 4th

Sites will offer Grab 'n Go meals thanks to waivers that have been extended by the USDA due to COVID-19-related concerns.
