Kitchen Coordinator

The Kitchen Coordinator will be responsible for creating, planning, and executing a variety of meal selections for SFSP and CACFP following VaDOE requirements. Other duties of this position include: testing created menus with staff, volunteers, and children for likability, providing monthly menus to the Director of Programs and Children's Program coordinator in advance for approval and adhering to planned recipe and menu selection daily. In the event an application for SFSP or CACFP is not submitted or is denied, the Kitchen Coordinator will transition to a program support role which may include delivering boxes to sites, coordinating deliveries, creating orders for programs, packing orders, and table events specific to program awareness in the community, or other duties as assigned. Apply Now!

Grants Coordinator

The Grants Coordinator will support the mission of the Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank and is responsible for all aspects of grant activities in compliance with the Food Bank’s Strategic Plan and annual funding goals. Responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive and aggressive program to generate grant support from existing sources and new opportunities via Feeding America, private/corporate foundations, federal and state programs, local municipalities, civic and religious groups, etc. Apply Now!

Warehouse Production Associate

The Warehouse Production Associate II is responsible for oversight of the five major consolidated standards of inspection for American Institute of Baking (AIB) and Feeding America compliance. Responsible for operational support to all food bank packing activities. Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly documentation of cleaning, sanitation, pest control, GMPs, food safety, food security, and facility maintenance reports.
